KISS-FIST YOU

A year after graduation lots has happened but one thing still remains, I LOVE the company of my classmates. Getting together with people that share the same if not very similar career goals can be really refreshing, not to mention NOT having to explain what ASL is. These are some of the students who went through the hellish and heavenly experiences of the Interpreting program at NU. Through tears about our work as well as uncontrollable laughter about our RIDICULOUS work (Robert Frost, me on a horse... need i say more?) I am privileged to have studied with them.

While the night was fun and we were missing a few. I would be omitting a big part of my heart if I didn't mention our Dear friend Andy who passed away this past fall. A year after graduating and having our lives carry on my heart still stops when I think about how he's not around. I miss his jokes, laughter, and sarcasm. I had a hard time time working afterwards, feeling selfish that we had both worked SO HARD for something and now he's not doing it. I'm still working through that.

Andy you had the best NMMs because your eye gaze could mean,
"PUH-lease"
"OH NO he didn't!?"
"is she really wearing that?"
love and miss you!

EVERYWHERE!

This town is PRESSED on the Bruins. These are just a few things I found around the city.

Fenway 7/5/2011

It's true what they say you know, not a bad seat at Fenway. For $30 we got some legit seats at the last minute to make it to see the Sox vs. Toronto Blue Jays. We won 3-2 and I had an awesome time with the girls again, no complaints here.

P.S. It's my birFday weekennnnnnnd!

Quincy on the Shore

Sam moved to Quincy and because she's an awesome friend she let me stay with her my last night in Boston. You can get there on the T so its really not TOO far, but it seems like it when you have never been.

Go to Quincy for the greasy but delicious food, beach, sunset, and OBVI. to visit Sam. She may even give you a ride in 1987.... something car. You gotta know we felt like a million bucks driving up to the beach bars in that bad boy, "THE FUN HAS ARRIVED!"

Dutch

Last week what seemed to be like innocent Dutch... ate Sara's SUNGLASSES! Meg felt AWFUL and apologized profusely of course while Sara assured her it was no big deal. THEN when were looking for our shoes to leave, Sara only found one.... Turns out Dutch must have been famished and ate those too lol.

Just a random little funny post. We still love you Dutch, just try not to eat plastic and leather again :)

sister sarah
